A Global Career.
A Human Focus.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the intersection of purpose, leadership, and human connection. My career began in international humanitarian work – with organizations like Doctors Without Borders, the UN, and USAID – helping people navigate complex crises. Over time, I realized that real leadership begins within: the capacity to stay present, aligned, and effective in uncertainty.
My Work Today
Today, I partner with leaders and organizations to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. My approach blends structure and spaciousness:
Structure: to clarify where you’re going and how to get there.
Spaciousness: to help you stay connected to what matters along the way.
This work is practical and developmental. Somatic and strategic. Introspective and action-oriented. At its core, it’s about becoming more of who you already are – on purpose.
From Leading Others to Leading Self
After years in high-stakes environments, I witnessed how even the most mission-driven work can lead to burnout and disconnection. I began to explore presence as both a personal resource and a professional discipline – integrating body, mind, and systems perspectives to help others lead with authenticity and ease.
What Informs My Approach
I draw from a wide range of disciplines and frameworks, blending body, mind, and systems-level perspectives:
Somatic & Presence-Based Coaching: tuning into the body and present moment for insight and alignment
Complexity & Design Thinking: navigating adaptive challenges with creativity and structure
Mindfulness & Conscious Leadership: cultivating awareness, responsibility, and authentic impact
Internal Family Systems (IFS): bringing clarity and compassion to the different parts of self
Each engagement is unique. There’s no one-size-fits-all method – only what fits the moment, the person, and the system they serve.
